Inspected cargo counting during loading or unloading, specifying the number of sacks, packages, tubes, slings, big bags, re-bars in bundles etc., as well as the weight and quality written on the trucks waybills and stated according to shipper’s declaration.
INSPECTIONS OF SUCH DAMAGE
There is probable cause, the nature and extent of loss of goods and damage to ships.
WEIGHT CONTROL
Inspection and weight of goods. The inspection involves checking the last calibration of Weight Bridge that is the correct procedure, recording all the information and issued a certificate after weighing sacles weight.
CARGO INSPECTION:
The company shall carry out an investigation at the request of the cargo status: (shippers, consigneers, ship-owners, charterers, managers, cargo insurers). A report issued by the company certifying that: a) the condition of the cargo loaded or unloaded, b) Visual inspection of the cargo before loading or unloading, c) damages, d) weight control, e) measurement volume.

DRAFT SURVEY
Ascertaining the weight of cargo loaded or discharged by reading the drafts and calculating the loaded and empty displacement. Carried out by a experienced Master Mariner.
ON/OFF HIRE CONDITION SURVEY
Visual inspection conducted at the time of delivery or re-delivery of a vessle to/from a time charter.
HOLD INSPECTION
Visual inspection of the cargo spaces aiming to ascertain whether the ship’s holds are clean, dry and suitable for loading of a certain commondity.
HOSE TEST SURVEY
Water-tightness visual inspection of ship’s hatch covers after hose test.
BUNKER SURVEY
Ascertaining the quality of bunkers on board the vessels by taking ullages or soundings to the storage tanks.
